We’re expanding our sales team and looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to convert inbound leads into meetings and qualify potential partners through outbound outreach. If you love talking to people, solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Engage inbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to prequalify them and convert them into booked meetings.

  • Reach out to digital agencies and technology partners to identify collaboration opportunities and schedule partner qualification calls.

  • Analyze trialist behavior and adjust messaging to improve conversion rates.

  • Develop a consultative approach, helping prospects understand how Dataddo fits their business needs.

  • Participate in industry events (online & in-person) to network and generate new business opportunities.

  • Work closely with sales, solutions, and management teams to refine outreach strategies and improve pipeline efficiency.

  • Keep CRM data up to date with all interactions, insights, and progress.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in an SDR, sales, or marketing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with proficiency in English, are essential prerequisites.

  • A results-driven mindset with persistence and a proactive approach.

  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple conversations at once.

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-growing startup environment.

  • Experience using CRM tools, email automation, and LinkedIn for prospecting is a plus.
